This home was designed using the timber frame method, where the exposed wooden structure serves as both a structural and architectural element. The beams create rhythm, depth, and a sense of warmth, while arches and tall openings allow soft natural light to enter. A natural palette of wood and plaster forms a precise and harmonious language. The sloped site became a design opportunity: a terraced layout provides comfortable access and privacy. Landscaped terraces lead gradually from the street into a quiet pine setting. Two mature pine trees were preserved and integrated into the design. Inside, a bright double-height space with a gallery opens to views and nature, creating a home that is deeply connected to its surroundings and defined by a unique character.
