The two houses are designed on a long-established residential plot and express a contemporary interpretation of the spirit of early settlement in the Baron’s colonies. The design draws inspiration from cooperative organization and shared living סביב citrus orchards, alongside rural dwellings. The semi-detached homes maintain modesty and a compact form, with abundant symmetrical openings for natural light, pitched tiled roofs, and formal entrance porches. A pronounced base, refined window detailing, wooden shutters, and hosting verandas complete a renewed Templar-colonial architectural language.
